Summary12684: DB prefix not re-entered correctly on error at new page load
Description

If you enter a different DB prefix during installation but the connection to the DB fails e.g. due to invalid permissions or a connection timeout, the reloaded screen shows the default "lime_" prefix instead of the manually adjusted prefix a user may have entered.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Delete your config.php file.
  2. Run the installer
  3. At the "Database configuration" screen manually enter a different prefix and invalid DB connection details to force a page reload.
  4. An error is shown and while all previously entered DB details are still there, the prefix switches back to the default value.
