Summary12405: Upload field is cut off in theme editor
Description

Frontend bug: The upload field in the theme editor is visually cut off in IE11 and older versions. See attached screenshot

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Open your LimeSurvey installation with IE11, on a screen with a resolution of 1960px or below
  2. Log in as admin
  3. Switch to the theme editor
  4. Select an editable theme
  5. Error: The upload field is cut off
