Summary11653: Hiding Question Code/Number not working in Demo
Description

When using the only Demo of Lime Survey, selecting the "Hide Both" Option in the Presentation&Navigation Options under "Show question number and/or code:" will not result in a hidden question number. In the preview the number will still appear with every question.
This is true using the standard templates and also demo surveys from the download package.

Steps To Reproduce

Start the demo, create a survey (e.g. load a demo survey from the download package or create your own) and select the "Hide Both" Option in the Presentation&Navigation Options under "Show question number and/or code".
When you then start the presentation or question or question group preview you will realize that the question numbers are still showing.

Additional Information

This is not the case for the individually installed instance on limeservice.
