Summary11344: Date fields are persisted but not showed in Survey properties -> General settings & texts -> Publication & access control
Description

When you set dates (Start date/time, Expiry date/time) the values are persisted in the database but is not loaded in the view. So if you re-save the properties the dates are lost.

Steps To Reproduce

select a survey
open Survey properties -> General settings & texts -> Publication & access control
set the dates (Start date/time, Expiry date/time)
click to Save

(the page are reloaded and the date fields are cleared)

click to Save

(your dates are gone)
