Summary11310: List Questions Pagination Error/Break Cannot Display Question
Description

When we try to click a certain page (pagination) of the list questions in a survey, the application shows error and we cannot see list of questions in the 2nd, 3rd, 4th page and so on. The Error is as follows:
Error 500: <h1>PHP Error [500]</h1>
<p>CDbCommand failed to execute the SQL statement: SQLSTATE[42S22]: [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0][SQL Server]Invalid column name 'group_order'.</p>

Steps To Reproduce

1) Access to the survey setting page
2) Click List Questions
3) Try to click certain page, or next page, or last page on the list questions
4) Shows Error

Additional Information

On my survey, I have 54 Questions and 5 Groups (maybe that helps).
