Summary11293: Use date format when export Responses to Excel or other
Description

Only english date format is possible.
If I use dd.mm.yyyy in my survey. I need that format also in Excel.
I hope this could come soon since I am doing project now and I need that in it. Thank you.

Better to export as real date in excel. Then excel know it's a date and user can update format.
https://github.com/mk-j/PHP_XLSXWriter/blob/master/examples/ex02-formats.php $date is always set to Y-M-D H:i:s but show as a real date.
