Summary10913: Survey Settings can't be saved (Result of solving of KFC Error in Build 160411)
Description

After the KFC error is now solved, in the build 160411 Settings can't be saved anymore.
If I click on Save or Save and Close nothing happens. Only The Close Button works.

Steps To Reproduce
  • Open a survey
  • Change a Survey Setting
  • Click Save or Save and Close
