Summary | 10692: Ranking question sometimes does not work properly and hinders respondent's proceeding
Description | A friend of mine has pretested my Survey. After he had finished the ranking question (question #2, he had to rank nine or ten items which he successfully did --> he send me a screenshot as a proof), he was not able to proceed to question number 3. The system said "This question is mandatory ...", which is right. But he did rank all items! Still, he couldn't continue the survey, finally, he had to break off, although he did nothing wrong. For me this is a huge problem since I will lose a lot of respondents.
Steps To Reproduce | Try to finish question number 2 (ranking) and proceed to question number 3. Use Opera as browser.
