Summary10413: Show donor status for bugtracker users
Description

Showing the donor status at the Limesurvey forums is very helpful so you know if you are talking to an experienced Limesurvey user who has also supported Limesurvey by a donation.
Can we have the same for the bugtracker to explicitly mark Limesurvey users who have donated to Limesurvey?
That will also help the development team to prioritize tasks.
