When using a List (Dropdown) with other the fields are displaying out of order and Please Select is appearing as a field to select from. I've tested this against my production environment 2.06 and my sandbox 2.50 B160204 doesn't refresh the screen to show a new field for the user to type the "Other" value into. Note also getting the same issue when a condition is true it is not moving to the questions it should again works as expected in 2.06. Tested against all templates and basic default settings and complete reinstall.
