Summary	08635: Adding answer options impossible in IE9
Description	When editing or adding answer options to a question, the display is al wrong. Buttons do not work, the save changes button is missing completely. Problem is in IE9: FF26, Chrome32 appear to have no problems.
Steps To Reproduce	Edit a list (radio) question, press the edit answer options button. The buttons +, -, edit(pencil) do not work, the save changes button is not shown. See attached screenshot.
