Summary	08462: Unable to import contacts into Central Participant Database
Description	When attempting to import contacts into the central participant database you are presented with a screen asking about any custom attribute mapping. Once you accept the mapping or make the needed changes and press OK, you are presented with a processing screen that does not advance but has the option to hit OK, once you hit OK however, no contacts have been imported.
Steps To Reproduce	Make CSV File Attempt to import CSV file into Central participant database
