Summary05755: Validation tips do not appear if hide_tip option is used, even if there are errors
Description

Should be able to have them start hidden, force them to appear if there are errors, and hide them again if the errors are cleared.

Hello Tom,

Maybe we can have 3 option :
Hide tip: No / Yes (show if error)/ Allways

ACtually : No / Yes become : No / Yes (show if error)

What do you think of this ?

Details Diff 		Fixed issue 05755: Validation tips do not appear if hide_tip option is used, even if there are errors
Dev added CSS hide-tip option, which interacts with .error and .input-error to hide validation messages when they are OK and show them when there are errors.
