Types of tips missing:
(1) mandatory messages (e.g. "This question is mandatory", and "You must answer this question"). Should be styled so can optionally use .hide-tip to only show mandatory message if there are errors. (e.g. .hide-tip .mandatory .good and .hide-tip .mandatory .error would be hidden; but .input-error .hide-tip .mandatory .error would be visible). These use class='errormandatory' in 1.91

(2) Non-specific tips (e.g. "Please select as many as apply") - should only be added if there is no num_answers validation tips (so don't say both "please select as many as apply" and "Please select between X and Y answers"). The non-specific tip should always be hidden if hide_tip is used (e.g. never set to .error). These use class='questionhelp', and in 1.91, are not even generated when hide_tip is used (so only shown if there are errors onsubmit, or after submit)

(3) Other non-specific tips ("Only numbers may be entered in this field"). This currently uses class='tip' so could be hidden if have .hide-tip .tip

(b) LEM mandatoryTip replaces old mandatory_message($ia) - OK
(c) validation_message used to wrap message with .errormandatory - should it? ("This question must be answered correctly" - doesn't seem to provide any added value)

(2) Non-specific tips
(a) M/P - both use "check any that apply" unless there are min/max # answers - OK

(3) Other non-specific tips - all OK
(a) Date (Format: yyyy/mm/dd) - lacks hide_tip option (so can't hide it) - OK
(b) Numerical & Multiple Numerical - OK
