Crash when installing LimeSurvey 3

Steps To Reproduce

1.- Start installation process
2.- Choose mysql databse, configure user and password and launch population process

Result:

Internal Server Error

One of the database migrations failed to apply.

An internal error occurred while the Web server was processing your request. Please contact the webmaster to report this problem.
