Summary09556: Updating a 1.92: some column seems not created : DB caching issue
Description

When updating from 1.92 to last version : some coluln are not created:
lime_surveys_languagesettings.surveyls_attributecaptions
and
lime_surveys_languagesettings.attachments

Steps To Reproduce

Update an old version (DB 155.5) to 178 DB

Additional Information

DB caching issue : delete whole cache manually fix the issue

It's global update : not autoupdate .... (but we don't have a "Update' category, sorry).

DB caching issue , but we don't delete cache actually ....
