Summary09535: List with comment (dropdown presentation) doesn't display "Please choose..."
Description

Causes dropdown menu to be pre-populated with first answer in the list. This can affect reliability of response if respondent misses the question but answer is different than what would have been selected if properly answered.

Steps To Reproduce

Create List with Comment question. Make it mandatory or shut off 'Show "No Answer"' for whole survey. Other dropdown style have "please choose..." rather than 1st answer in list selected.
