Summary09495: Surveys with templates do not work when copied to another server
Description

After copying a survey with a custom template to another server/region, it no longer works.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Create a complete survey with a custom template.
  2. Zip the code up into a zip or tar file.
  3. Copy the database files into an SQL file.
  4. Unzip to a new server and run the SQL to create and populate the database .
  5. Try to start the survey either from the admin screen or user screen.
  6. Survey does not display and the custom templates cannot be edited.
    Changing the template from the custom one to a standard one enables it to work once again.
Additional Information

To fix this problem, we had to delete the custom template from the target region, export it from the source region, and then import it into the target region. After that, the template will be editable and the survey will work with it.

Not a LS issue, upload need RW for the http user. Here surely 403 error.

(In mine server and some other : all is OK)
