Summary09393: When a user wants to update survey responses, the previous responses are missing in an numeric array with text inputs false
Description

I can see the responses for a certain user if I look in the responses table.

However when a user (with the same token) tries to update the responses only values 0 are shown. The others are not filled out.

If I use text field = true then the previous responses are shown correctly.

The minimum value was also set to 0 in this case.
