Summary09224: When a semi-colon(;) is in the email address field, confirmation emails don't seem to be sending
Description

When a survey has "Send confirmation emails?" set to "Yes" and tokens are utilized, email addresses like address1@domain.com;address2@domain.com don't seem to be receiving confirmation emails.

Steps To Reproduce

Set "Send confirmation emails?" to "Yes"
Create a token with an address like address1@domain.com;address2@domain.com
Submit from green-gear link in the token table.
Look for confirmation emails at the listed addresses.
