| Summary | 09187: Default value edit page - Set value for all languages is not working |

| Description | It seems, that this checkbox ist not doing it's job. There is not database entry for a second language for a default value. |

| Steps To Reproduce | create a 2 lang survey, edit a default value for "long text" question and check the checkbox. The value is only taken for the base lang not for the second lang. |
