Summary09049: Survey Administration: Saving global permissions causes the "Template permissions" list to get empty
Description

After the administrator has set global permissions for a user, the list of templates this user may access will be empty, which means, the user may access any template.
Therefore, after changing global permissions, the administrator will have to remember the templates that were assigned to this user and set the resp. template permissions anew.
