| Description | The "User" input under "Survey permissions" is empty for non-admin user.
Thus you cannot give other users permissions to a survey. |

Create a new user.

Edit user permissions, give this user the "Surveys" and the "Users" rights

Log out

Log in as the new user
-
Create a survey
-
Go to "Survey permissions" and try to give permissions to another user
-> The "Users" selectbox is empty
