Summary08834: "The CSRF token could not be verified" while adding long List (Dropdown) question
Description

While trying to add a List (Dropdown)question featuring 256 options (country names) I get the following error:
"Bad Request
The CSRF token could not be verified.
The request could not be understood by the server due to malformed syntax. Please do not repeat the request without modifications.
If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.
2014-03-10 15:27:17 Apache/2.2.22 (Ubuntu) Yii Framework/1.1.14"

In error.log this shows up:
"[Mon Mar 10 14:27:17 2014] [error] [client 81.84.227.238] FastCGI: server "/usr/lib/cgi-bin/php5-fcgi" stderr: PHP message: PHP Notice: ob_clean(): failed to delete buffer zlib output compression in /srv/www/domain.com/public_html/site/framework/base/CErrorHandler.php on line 110, referer: https://domain.com/site/index.php/admin/questions/sa/answeroptions/surveyid/919215/gid/1/qid/1111"

Steps To Reproduce

This happens both:
1) If you try to fill fresh values
2) If you try to import from available label set (it is populated but error above is shown when you try to save)
3) If you export from 2.05+ an working identical questions sucefully created in LS 2.0 prior to upgrade and try to import it

BTW, this error shows up while trying to import the saved question:

This usually happens if your webserver is configured with certain limits.
