Summary08775: Misleading error message when attempting to re-take a closed survey
Description

As a user of a survey I want to understand the reason(s) why I am not being allowed to re-take a survey.

Steps To Reproduce

Set up a closed survey.
Add yourself as a participant
Do not set any time limits
Generate tokens
Invite yourself to the survey.
Take the survey yourself. Submit it.
Attempt to re-take the survey from the original URL supplied in the email
Note that the following error is currently displayed:

"We are sorry but you are not allowed to enter this survey.
Your token seems to be valid but can be used only during a certain time period."

Why is the token valid still? It should not be.
The error should not refer to time periods. It should probably say something like:
The survey you have attempted to access is no longer available. It has already been completed. If you have any questions please contact ...Survey Admin
