Summary08762: Survey email invitations sent if none selected
Description

By accident, I didn't select anyone from the token table to send an invitation to (I had meant to select one and didn't) and pressed send invite option. I continued sending the email invitation (thinking it was going to just one person) and it ended up going to the first 50 (minus those with bad email address and who had completed it).

According to the on-screen instructions (on hover over mail icon) it says "send invitation emails to the selected entries". So presumably if none are selected it shouldn't send to any.

Steps To Reproduce

1) Have token table of survey recipients
2) When they are listed, select none of them and press the 'send invite' email icon
3) Send the email

It should send to the first 50 even though none were selected.
