Summary08708: dual scale dropdown not displaying scale 2 answers on Previous or after resuming later
Description

While scale 2 answers are being saved to the database, previously answered questions render as "No Answer" on use of "Previous" to return to that page or on Resuming later.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Create a dual scale question and set it to dropdown. (The case I am looking at right now has 3 answer options in each scale, with 7 subquestions.)
  2. Create a 2nd group and set the survey to group-by-group format. (The case I am looking at is also set to persistent tokens.)
  3. Enter answers in both scales, then utilize Next to go to the next page, then Previous to return (or utilize Resume later, then return).
  4. Answers previously entered in Scale 1 are selected, but answers previously entered on Scale 2 now display as "No Answer".

I cannot reproduce this in 2.0 or 2.05.

duvemyster, please retest with the "default" template and, if the problem persists, attach a small sample survey.

I do continue experiencing this under the "default" template. A sample survey is now uploaded, with steps that reproduce this on my end written into the survey questions.
