Summary08681: Email from data entry "save for further completion" sends broken link
Description

When you use the Data Entry feature and choose to save the input data for further completion by the survey user something goes wrong. The link in the email that says "oh hey you've got a uncompleted survey to complete, click here" contains a faulty link.

The email looks like this:

Now even if you copy the link and add it to your limesurvey url it just shows you the standard limesurvey start screen that lists all available public surveys.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Choose a survey
  2. Click on Data Entry screen
  3. Enter some data into the survey
  4. Scroll down and click the "save for further completion by survey user" box
  5. Enter identifier, password and email (preferably one you can check)
  6. Hit "Submit"
  7. Check the email address you just entered and ponder why the link isn't clickable.

This happened to me 2/2 times I tried to use the Data Entry and complete later feature.
