Summary	08584: Data loss when importing .lsa and number only subquestions
Description	Attached is a test survey which included "number only" subquestion codes. The survey is imported, subquesiton names converted (to the infamous "SQXXX") but responses from those (sub-)questions are lost during import.
Steps To Reproduce	Create new survey Import Choose attached .lsa Browse responses....all questions during the end of the survey are empty

mfaber 2014-01-24 10:19 reporter ~28121	Thanks a bunch, c_schmitz! With the commit on Git the import works fine again. Good to see that "SQ" is not enforced anymore. Subquestions.js also needed two small changes so adding and quick-adding numerical codes work again. Please find the my version attached. Thanks again!!
