Summary07993: Loaded survey link from email brings an empty survey
Description

Hi, this is the situation
Take this survey:
http://netmedia.mx/encuestas/index.php/255312/lang-es
(you can put it in english if you want)

Choose "Resume Later", fill the form and you'll recieve in your inbox the link to continue your survey, If you open the link in the same browser wich you made the survey everything works well, BUT if you open the email link from other browser the survey loads empty Maybe a browser-cache isuue?

Steps To Reproduce

Check the screenshots attached by step
1 - I start the survey in IE
2 - I fill some answers and choose Resume later
3 - Fill the asked in the save survey page - save now
4 - I check the partial (saved) responses in my limesurvey and the response is saved
5 - In OTHER navigator (chrome in this case but aldo tested in firefox) I open my yahoo inbox and I open the limesurvey-generated mail
6 - I click tyhe link and the survey comes EMPTY
7 - BUT If I open the link for the same navigator wich i made the survey the answercomes normally (IE inthis case)

Additional Information

Other test: If I "Load unfinished survey" with the user - password previously saved the answers comes normally, no matter the navigator

I hope you fix it, there are large surveys wich yo need to save and continue later, it´s not unusual that people uses more than one navigator or more than one PC, laptop
