Description	When ending a survey with "submit" result is internal server error: Internal Server Error The table "{{survey_897576}}" for active record class "SurveyDynamic" cannot be found in the database. mfaber 2013-07-08 16:31 reporter ~25738	One addition: Problem seems to only occur with (not yet activated/inactivated) surveys. If the survey is activated, the error message does not appear.

mfaber 2013-08-13 15:26 reporter ~25996	Tried again today and it works. Issue seems to have been fixed lately.
