Summary07793: Question numbers appear on printout even when survey settings are adjusted not to show them
Description

In the printout, all questions are numbered, even when in the survey settings, question code and question number is set to "hide both". In the "normal" online survey, the numbers are not shown (as it should be). But in the printout the setting seems to be ignored.

We use a different numbering system incorporated in the question text...so question appear in the printout as, which is confusing to the participant.
