It seems that I can export the sample survey provided by LimeSurvey. This issue is most likely relevant to the attached survey file. However, it does not display any errors as to which question group or question that is causing the issue.

Updated file. There were some duplicates in each group where it asked for additional information. The updated file contains unique question code values. Still the same result.

I did manage to get this to print. However, I cannot see where the issue is yet. If I delete the Lunch Question Group, the Printable View works great.

If I removed the Dual Scale Array (found in 3 of the questions in the Lunch question group) then it works fine. I had conditions for the dual scale array in later questions of the Lunch Question Group. However, it looks like there could be a bug around using the Printable Survey and Dual Scale Arrays.

It is most likely a memory limitation in your PHP configuration.

I don't think that it is a memory limitation since I imported in all of the Group items within the same survey but did not receive the error (all except for the Lunch Group). It's not a big deal since I have already changed the survey, but just something to think about.
