Summary07305: Long questionnaire not displayed (truncates) when more than taking 35-45 questions on one page
Description

When a questionnaire of more than 35-45 questions is displayed in one page (all in one) the pages stops at 35-45 questions and the buttons (like 'send' , 'save for later' are not dispayed.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. make a questionnaire with more than 50 questions.
  2. select general settings (in that questionnaire)
  3. select the tab 'presentation & navigation'
  4. at 'Format' select 'all in one'
  5. open your questionnaire (take the survey)

the fix looks like it may break older surveys that depend upon regex for text fields.

How so? It just fixes a notice that is coming from an undefined variable?
