Summary07201: Survey couldn't be completed when using additional language
Description

Hi,
I've a problem using additional languages in LimeSurvey.

If I add an additional Language to a survey there appears the message:
"Error: Survey could not be updated."

But the language is available in all configuration settings of the survey and can also be chosen during the survey.

But if someone finishes the survey in an additional language the results are not marked as finished and the tokens also remain as unused.

The surveyadmin receives a mail that there are new results, but the survey participant doesn't get the finish mail.

If the same survey is done in the base language everything works fine.

Steps To Reproduce

Import attached survey.
Generate tokens.
Start survey in closed mode.
Start survey with generated token.
Switch language to German.
Answer the question and submit survey.

=> Survey participant isn't informed of the finish
=> Survey is marked as unfinished in back-end
=> Token is still useable
