Summary07128: Edit a relevance equation -> all other relevance equations in the survey are set to '1'
Description

I overwrite the relevance equation of the question 'MR_E_2' (is an "equation question") in the question group 'F_Antwort erhalten'. After saving the new relevance equation all other relevance equation (in other question groups, too) are set to 1. The old relevance equation are still in the "condition designer", but the 'relevance equation' is 1 so the particular questions are always shown.

This failure occurred repeatedly after updating to build number 121231.

This happens too when editing any equation question: upon saving the question, all relevance equations are reset to 1.

I would suggest to increase severity of this bug, as any survey using conditions and EM are affected.

Can confirm that 1.92 hasn't this bug.
