Summary07012: Wrong date format in french interface
Description

When you make a survey after choosing "French" as language, the date and the decimal separator (in text parameters) are dd.mm.YY for the date and the dot "." for the decimal numbers.
If the language is really french, it shoud be dd/mm/yyyy and the coma "," for decimal number.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. At the connexion, choose french language.
  2. Create a survey
  3. See the bottom of the page, the text parameters
