Summary06813: Unable to display token information in survey
Description

Survey view unable to display token information.

For example tags such as {TOKEN:ATTRIBUTE_1}, {TOKEN:FIRSTNAME}, {TOKEN:LASTNAME}
doesn't work any more after the recent update. Survey just shows a blank string in place of the tags.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Insert token attributes into the survey.
  2. Run the survey and see.
