Summary06736: Survey resume link does not contain language information
Description

The survey resume link sent to email does not contain language information, therefore all survey resumes will default back to English instead of using back the token's intended language.

Link now:
http://xxx.com/survey/index/sid/756475/loadall/reload/scid/18/loadname/xxx/loadpass/xxx/token/xxxxx

Should be?
http://xxx.com/survey/index/sid/756475/loadall/reload/scid/18/loadname/xxx/loadpass/xxx/token/xxxxx/lang/[langcode]
