Summary	06682: Quick Translation function for questions not showing texts properly
Description	Under quick translation -> Questions tab The textarea does not show texts properly. I'm guessing the code between HTML source and plaintext are mixed up because I'm seeing a lot of <p> in the textarea. And when I click on the pencil icon, for normal view, it shows HTML code, for Source view, it's showing a lot of <p>.
