Summary06658: Cannot resume saved survey from "Load a previously saved survey" screen
Description

When attempting to resume a saved survey from the "Load a previously saved survey" the following error is thrown "There is no matching saved survey".

The survey can be resumed by going to the direct link sent in the email e.g. .../limesurvey/index.php/survey/index/sid/373317/loadall/reaload/scid/1/loadname/tn/loadpass/12345

Steps To Reproduce

Save a response using the "Resume later" feature. Then attempt to resume the survey using the "Load a previously saved survey" option.

Additional Information

I have attached an example template survey in which I have been able to create this issue. This was test on a fresh installation of LimeSurvey
