Summary06314: Survey user can change questionnaire translation even when it only has read rights
Description

A user was given view/read rights to all categories in a survey. When viewing the quick-translation page it can modify the translation.

Steps To Reproduce

Create a non-superadmin user.
Add read rights to quick-translation in a survey that has multiple languages.
Enter with this user, view quick translation.
Modify the questions texts in the second language and save.
Log in with any other user and notice the changes.
