Summary06286: White screen when you enter in /index.php/admin/index after login with a user whitout permission
Description

I have created a regular user whitout any permissions.

After login him, if I click in the Home Button, the SurveyList Button or any link to /index.php/admin/index I get a blank screen. There aren't any error in server log.

Also I get a blank screen if I try edit a survey.

I set superuser permission for the user and working fine.

Steps To Reproduce
  • Create a user whitout any permissions.
  • Login.
  • Click Home Button

I can confirm this. I have the same error with:
Chrome on Windows 8,
Apache 2.2.22
Mysql 5.5.24
PHP 5.3.13
