Summary06119: Apostrophe bug in Statistics PDF and Excel output (HTML is fine)
Description

Statistics in pdf/excel show "'" instead of "'" (apostrophe).
This doesn't happen when the apostrophe is used within questions or answers, but only if the local translation has an apostrophe in one of the fixed strings.
It's the case of the italian translation ("Total records in survey:" is "Record totali nell'indagine:"). So in the first page of the pdf "Record totali nell'indagine:" is shown. Same problem in excel output.
HTML output is fine. Apostrophes used in questions and answers are fine in HTML/PDF/Excel.

Steps To Reproduce

1) Open any survey, add italian to available languages;
2) Go to statistics, set italian as Statistics report language;
3) Select PDF or Excel as output format.
