Summary06042: Check for existing token taables after activation -> switch to closed access
Description

When deactivating a token based survey and re-activating it, you usually want to use the old tokens which were moved to a backup table on deactivation. But if you click the "switch to closed access" button after activation, a new token table is created without checking for existing tables.
This is irritating to the user because if he now want to access the original token table, he has to drop the new token table, create a new one by clicking the tokens icon and only then is offered the possibility to reload the old tokens.

Steps To Reproduce

Create a survey with tokens
activate it
deactivate it
activate it
switch to closed access mode
go to tokens screen -> empty table

Additional Information

It would be very useful if we could add the number of existing tokens to the list where you can select old token table (see attached screenshot) because when following the work flow described above, there wil be one table with the old tokens you are looking for AND an empty table which you can't differentiate easily (the timestamp doesn't help much)
