Summary05975: Confirmation screen broken for iterate survey feature
Description

If you click the "iterate survey" icon at the browse responses screen (see requirements here: http://docs.limesurvey.org/Iterate+Survey&structure=English+Instructions+for+LimeSurvey), the confirmation screen is broken (bad layout). See attached sceen shot.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Set up a survey according to the instructions at http://docs.limesurvey.org/Iterate+Survey&structure=English+Instructions+for+LimeSurvey

  2. Activate it

  3. Click te "iterate survey" button

Additional Information

Didn't test for Limesurvey 2.0, but this might show up there as well.
