Summary05873: Create/Edit users screen disabled after upgrade from 1.92RC4
Description

Immediately after replacing the files from 1.92RC4 to 1.92RC5, the "Create/Edit Users" button leads to a blank white page with the following PHP error. Going back to 1.92RC4 fixes this issue:

This was fixed in 1.92 stable, which has been released - http://www.limesurvey.org/en/download
