In the Dual Matrix extended options you can enter headlines for each set of answers. when you have more than one language you can only assign one headline and cannot save a translation. The program offers the tab for translations but saves only those values of the active translation. i'm not too experienced with limesurvey's data structure but it seems there aren't data multi lingo data fields for this. so it may be a feature request.
