Summary05795: No save message at attribute management
Description

If I change the setting "Visible in participants panel" at the attribute management (un-/ticking the check box) there is no save button. The action seems to be triggered using an Ajax call, because the change is recorded, but the user doesn't receive any feedback.
We should add a pop-up like feedback message like it is done when saving after e.g. having edited groups at Limesurvey 1.91 (see attached screen shot).
BTW: This kind of feedback should be implement at several other screens of CPDB.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Go to attribute management
  2. (un) tick the "Visible in participants panel" box
    -> no save message
  3. Go to "display participants" to see the attribuzte (dis)appear.
