Summary05603: Weird handling of special characters in survey titles.
Description

When using weird characters in survey titles, the import/export feature is broken. In particular, exporting files produce an invalid XML file which cannot be imported.

Steps To Reproduce

Click Create Survey.
Give it the title “<[[this]]>breaks everything!”
Click Save.
Click Export...-> Survey structure (.lss)
Click Create Survey.
Click Import.
Import the file.
Import error!

There is no really good solution that does not break all previous .lss files. For now I just filtered all >]] sequences from export.
